Who We Are:

The Black Resource Magazine staff is comprised of talented, aspiring entrepreneurs. Together we form a full service of support system for business in our community.

Our Mission:

To promote the establishment of new businesses, stimulate the growth of existing businesses and support the economic development of the black community, as well as provide residents with a magazine identifying the black businesses and services offered in the city of Columbia and surrounding areas.

Our Goal:

To provide businesses with valuable information and knowledge to help keep them in business. To help business owners and entrepreneurs to understand the necessity and see the value in advertising so that consumers know that they exist. Educating consumers on how they affect the business in our community and the importance of patronizing them on a continual basis. To help the community and black businesses unite to keep money circulating inside the black community.

Our Product:

An informative magazine designed to educate, enlighten and help us to remember those that have sacrificed yesterday to give us a better tomorrow. A resource to discuss community issues and events and a guide to lead our young people into the future and also show them how to become independent business owners.
